Incredibly attentive, caring, compassionate, and professional.

"Our father was hospitalized at BRRH from 9/14/18 through 9/28/18. Upon his arrival at the emergency room, Dr. Parmer attended to him and was thorough, understanding, and very timely in caring for our father. Our father was soon admitted and transferred to the 5th Floor. The nursing staff on this unit was incredibly efficient and understanding, particularly Vicki and Brooke. As our father’s condition deteriorated, he was transferred to the Step-Down Unit. The care provided to him by nurses Whitney, Mary, Martine, Bridgette, Monica, and PCA Jesula was incredibly attentive, compassionate and professional. The entire staff, including dietary, housekeeping, and Respiratory were also outstanding. We also wish to acknowledge the wonderful care provided to our father by the hospital’s skilled physicians: Dr. Nicolas Breuer, Dr. Barry Davis, Dr. John Panos, Dr. Eli Levine, and Dr. Douglas David. Despite our father’s death, our experience was made less stressful as a result of the hospital personnel’s caring and professionalism."

[Gloria's] work ethic and dedication were beyond reproach, and she became an integral part of our family.

"In the spring of 2005, after a major myocardial infarction, cardiac surgery, and a subsequent six week stay at a local inpatient rehabilitation facility, our then, 85 year-old required home care. We arranged with Boca Raton Regional Hospital for an aide to be with him from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. That is when Gloria Wilson stepped into our lives. For the next 13+ years, Gloria cared for our father with the utmost concern, compassion, and professionalism. Aside from her assigned responsibilities, Gloria frequently went 'above and beyond’ to make all of our lives easier. Our father passed away on September 28, 2018 at the age of 98, and we are convinced that Gloria was, in large part, responsible for the quality and longevity of the life he enjoyed. She is a great credit to BRRH’s Home Health Agency. While we certainly feel the loss of our father, our home is also emptier without Gloria Wilson in it."

You quite literally saved my life.

"I hardly know how to thank you, yet I owe you an enormous debt of gratitude. On July 23, 2018, I was your patient in post-op following a total knee replacement. You monitored me very closely and discovered that I had no pulse at the top of my foot. Following your discovery, I was taken into vascular surgery with Drs. Motta and Lee, where they repaired a severed popliteal blood vessel. You quite literally saved my life. I thank you on behalf of my 93-year old mother, who relies on me, as well as my four children, and my thirteen grandchildren who are grateful that I am still here and part of their lives. I am sure that you perform heroic acts every day as you did for me. I hope that you know how important you are in the lives of your patients!"
